Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for activity under your API keys and account credentials and must notify us promptly of any compromise.

Free-tier credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Paid credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Auto top-up, when enabled, charges your payment method up to the limit you set. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect prepaid credits.

You agree not to use Mailtrue to:

• Verify lists you do not have a lawful basis to process, including purchased, scraped, or appended lists where consent is required.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, harass individuals, or facilitate phishing.
• Reverse engineer the Service, resell raw API access, or build a competing email verification product.
• Submit PHI, payment card data, government IDs, or other sensitive data outside the scope of email verification.
• Exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent quota enforcement.

You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant Spekt a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spekt's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Spekt in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
